• You must be at least 13 years old to use DebateRush.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and all activity under your account.
• Don't misuse the platform, including trying to interfere with our systems or access unauthorized data.
• Respect other users. Don't post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or violates others' rights.

• Some features are exclusive to Pro subscribers. Pricing and features are detailed in the app and on our website.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage your subscription from your account or by contacting support.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to Pro features until the payment issue is resolved.
• We may adjust pricing or plan features with advance notice for future renewals.

• You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services.
• DebateRush trademarks, logos, and code are protected by law. Don't use our marks without permission.
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our platform.

We provide our service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DebateRush shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.

You may stop using our service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk to our community. Upon termination, certain provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
